FRAPs problems

Hi, When im recording video with fraps, I hit f4 while playing the game. When Im done I hit f4 again. I check the fraps folder, and in movies, there are two vids. They are about the first and last 20 seconds. The fps counter remained red the whole time. Why wont it record the whole time? The center chunk is always missing. Thanks.

Have it setup so it doesn't split the file every certain amount of space. I think default is every 2gb. Whenever it splits the file it lags for me for a second. Might be causing problems for you.

I'd offer more insight but my regular computer with FRAPs is home in a different country.

I has it set so it does not split it, and the movies are around 200mb, so it should not split. Im saying 10min of video gone, and recorded for 11min. Thanks for your help tho.

Oh okay. I figured it might be a step worth trying. Try setting the path to where they save in a different place? Is it saving them to an internal HDD or is it an external or USB stick?

Reinstall FRAPS?

Probably not much help but basic steps sometimes fix odd issues.

Its on the main hard drive c, ill try a different destination. If not, ill re install fraps, thanks.
