Evertime i start recoding it drops down to 30 FPS and lower. But when im not its Preety high. ( 110 to about 60 ) Ive selcted like all of the differnt FPS 2 record in but nothing. IVe also recorded with/out sound and still nothing!!! zomgs... So what do i need do?

Set the FPS recording level to like 100

By default the video recording mode records at ~30FPS (29.97), so that is the highest your game will run at when recording. Unless you manually change the framerate to a higher number, such as 60FPS or 100FPS. However recording while gaming takes up a lot of resources, so don't expect to get the normal ~100FPS that you get when not recording.
