who knows what and where i can get the best free anti spyware malware and everything else

who knows what site to trust and what free software i need i already got mcafee
 
OK, well then you should just have 1 virus protection program, i use AVG, very nice :)

As for Malware - google search and download Malware Bytes Anti Malware - very good program, free and does a very good job.

Also a firewall might be a good idea, if McAfees doesn't already have one, Comondo is what i use which is good (works on vista) or Zonealarm, which is only XP only (at the moment)

Look up Comodo Firewall Pro. It's one of the best free firewalls out there. It also comes with HIPS (Host Intrusion Prevention System).

I would also suggest Spyware Terminator, SpywareBlaster and for a little extra security, Spybot Serch & Destroy. I have all these running w/o any problems.

Be careful with free spyware removers, because they often have spyware loaded on them. Ironic, isn't it?

I have found that XoftSpySE is the best spyware remover. Check out this XoftSypSE review
