well you would need a web host, and that costs money. Free web hosts have ads though.

I would buy a domain name, but I havn't got a direct debit or whatever you need to buy one.
Hmmm, could you just tell me some good websites to make forums then?

Sounds like you are saying vbulletin and invision are free... Well, they are not... and if you have it and are giving it out for free without buying the necessary licenses that is illegal.
