I know that most people on this site recommend building their own computer. However, I need a computer relatively fast, and don't have the motivation to build my own.

Can somone please direct me to a good computer to purchase? I have been looking a bit at Dells and HPs. I will be using it for photos, music, internet, and gaming (although I am not that hardcore of a gamer...).

I'd like to spend ~$1500. Please help with what specs are most important, what are a little less important, and so on.

Thank you so much!!

Well first of all, don't double post.

And I think that a barebones system is the best way to go. Buy it, stick a few things in, and you are ready to go. Not the hassle of building it from scratch, but much cheaper than retail OEM.
