free pdf editor or converter?

I have a non-secured pdf file that I need to edit or convert to a different format. I would prefer to convert it to another file type like rtf, doc or otd. It's text only, I need to change some typos but keep the page format. I can't just copy and paste it while keeping the page format and it's about 25 pages long so I don't want to manually fix everything. I tried the Foxit PDF editor but it ruins the margins. Anybody know of any software that might be helpful?:confused:
 
Thanks for the recommendation. That program came close but it would not keep the page format. Different things would be wrong as I adjusted settings, no combination of settings were satisfactory. The closest I got was still missing underlines and not keeping the text even on the right side margin. Any more recommendations, guys?
