Free Plz Oh Ma God?

xD. i like the title. Anyway, whenever i have computer problems/issues or i need anything computer related... i always come here because i trust here... and i remember the name pretty easily. anyway.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a free image editor (Kinda like photoshop) that was free and not with spyware or anything. Something that i can make a signature with or etc.

- A video editor would also be nice :P.
 
Anyone able to also say that it doesn't have spyware?

- Im cautious because if i get my comp screwed up, i gotta get my bro to reformat cuz i don't know how and will end up screwing something up and my bro works alot so its really annoying for him. So please, an another person please say it also doesn't have spyware :P.
 
This looks good, are there any plug-ins to make it a video editor or even something like making .gif files? Don't know how to explain, but like making uh... not really a video but more like a slide show of images i guess. Or is that already in Gimpshop?
