free space problem on local disk

hello,
i have problem with my local disk (c). it fills up by itself
2 days ago i had 7 gb of free space and now i have only 2 gb
(i haven't downloaded anything)
can anybody help me?

How big is your drive? Have you ran any virus or malware programs? Download a program called sequoiaview, it will tell you where all your files are at. You might have something replicating itself.
