freeware and plugins

hey guys
seem to be abit behind on some of new freeware and plugins.
can you guys tell me what freeware (firefox, anti virus, music playing systems) and plugins etc you use

be interesting to see what you lot use and what you use on a regular basis.

only one i use for firefox is fireshot. lets you capture a full web page and paste into to email. sometime hitting print screen does not capture enough to send. this will capture the entire page to the clipboard. then paste.
