Freeware DVD Player for Win98SE

I am trying to set up a second PC which runs Windows 98SE. The PC has a DVD player and all the correct drivers, but no DVD playing utilities.

Can anyone recommend any DVD playing freeware that will work OK on Win98.

VLC Player will play dvd's. Should play in Win 98 too.
