Freeware Recovery Memory Card Data

do anyone know where i can get software to recover data(pictures and video) from my memory cards(xd)? i keep on getting "card not initialized" and "card error".

Try Recuva.

Go onto my website, and under one of the pages (i think it is Computer tips / tricks) i have recover my files there, download that, very good, and i have used it many times.
