Freeware Slideshow Presentation Software

I have used Openoffice, but I simply detested it. The slideshow program was not at all intuitive and very clunky.

So I am wondering if anyone has any reccomendations on a good presentation maker. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It is somewhat difficult to get. You have to try a few to check
whether they meet your requirements.
