Use www.geocities.com
It has a really easy web page design program that you can build your website with and it gives you templates that are good too. Use Photobucket or really whatever you want to upload pics. No waiting time on geocities...
Hint: If you upload your website in html or htm format view source and save that as a TXT. Upload the TXT and you will have no ads, but use the html or htm page you originally created as a mess around to make new pages.
