Freeze up

AMD PHENOM II X4 955 BE (Stock Settings)
Xigmatek Dark Knight CPU Cooler (Cools to like 40C)
GAMA790XUD4P Gigabyte Motherboard
WD Caviar 1TB 7200RPM HDD
BFG Tech 9800GT
G.Skill DDR2 Memory (the light blue stuff)
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W
Raidmax Aztec Computer Case

I'm using my computer and it freezes up and my keyboard and mouse stop working. I've tried resetting to stock settings, etc... I notice that the Windows Update thing is on the bottom and it's usually around 22% when it freezes. I updated the laptop that I'm on with no freezing problems, but at 22% mine sucks.

I just got MemTest running, but I don't know what to do with it.

windows update has been screwing up lately. try manually downloading important updates.

I've found that my hard drive is broken... I thought WD was trustworthy : (

I got an advance replacement and I hope I can move my old data onto the new drive before Win 7 gets shipped to me.
