Freezes!!!!

Hiya,
when im on msn messenger. about 30 mins when im on a video conversation it will just freeze! i cant do anything! then i have to restart the computer by holding the button down for 5 seconds! why is this guys? everything else is fine!
the specs are as follows:

2 x 3.2 dual core processor
2 Gb Ram
200G hard drive
etc
etc
etc Lol

any help would be great as it gets very annoying!

have you run any scans 2 make sure you have no type of infections?

Also reinstall Messenger and the drivers for your webcam.

get rid of messanger and use skype
