freezing computer forces shutdown

hp a1649n
CPU: intel duocore 2 6300 1.86ghz
mobo:asustek buckeye
ram: 2 ghz ddr2
vid: geforce 7300le (512)

any time i play steaming video, streaming audio, play video and audio play game (guildwars nhl 09). sometime it will shut down on avg scan

when it freezes it repeats the last word over and over untill forced shutdown

things done

spybot scan found 19 tracking cookies
avg found virus exploit pdf
uninstalled video card driver then reinstalled drivers
uninstalled video card driver then reinsttalled older driver
ram was pulled out of computer one by one
video card pulled use onboard video
video card back in now
memtest on ram 657% 0 errors
uninstalled mozilla then reinstalled
problem persist on both IE and firefiox
thought it was heat cpu with siw running core 1 35*c
core 2 36*c
video 48*c
system restored to month ago
reset router and modem
use 16" fan to blow cool air inside case still same problems

i installed winXP 2 months ago it was slipstream sp3

Thats all the info i can remember i did any help would be much apreciated

Look in the event viewer for errors telling you what the problem may be.
