Freezing Problem

I just built my desktop and installed drivers and my games, etc. A few days later what I'm finding is every once and a while (twice now) when I turn the computer on opening programs doesn't work and clicking the taskbar freezes it and the entire screen gains the not responding gloss hue. In order to combat this I have to restart several times. This also happened once when I was already on the computer and after I turned it off it occurred when I turned it on again until I restarted a couple times. Any help or ideas?

Please download PC Wizard and install it, run it and go to FILE SAVE AS and click OK. Copy the contents of that file into this thread.

Also include what Power Supply Unit you have (not just the wattage, but the model number please).
