French computer cannot login in USA

Hello everyone
I have a french computer, I'm in New York, a friend of mine gave me his member name and password for the web site mojo box office. The problem is, I can't log in from my computer, whereas all the american computers can. Is someone has an idea and a solution for this kind of problem????

Language options

I'm not sure if this is the same problem but a while back a Frech person could not log into a wifi hotspot and the solution was to change the Default Input Language. Once logged in and remembered they changed it back to French. Worth a try ;)
Note: Changing the language via the option in the bottom bar did not work but the following did.

To change the language on an XP:
• Control Panel
• Regional and Language Options
• Languages
• Details
• Under Default input language select English (United States) or Add it if necessary then select it.
• Apply
