Frequent bsod on older system

Over the last day or so my system has blue screened lots of times with several different error reports.. Bad Pool Header, System Service Exception, IRQL Not Less Or Equal & a few others.
It generally happens every half hour or so, even if it is idling

I am overclocked, but have never experienced any instability like this before & no new hardware or software has been recently installed.

i7 920 (DO) @3.8GHz

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Thanks for your help.. don't know if I've used the utility correctly as I can't see a scan button.. hopefully this is the correct info
