fried board?

i just bought all new parts and put together a new computer, when i hooked everything up...nothing. Tested the ram its fine, tested PSU and it works. doest that pretty much mean i got a bad board, its brand new should i just RMA for replacement and try again?

yeah, mobo might be bad, try 2 get a replacement.

ya i just tested stuff on another mobo and it worked, so sending it back now
