Friend is having blue screens - possibly graphics related?

A friend of mine is having blue screens. I have run Blue Screen View on his PC over Team Viewer, and I think the problem is his graphics card and/or his graphics drivers (can somebody confirm this for me please?).

The card is an XFX 9600 GSO by the way. I believe he is running it on a low quality PSU (can't remember what the PSU is off the top of my head, but it's certainly not one I'd ever recommend for a build) and I ran GPU Temp on his PC too and saw that at just 1% load his GPU core was hitting 80C and his graphics board was hitting close to 60C. Could this combination of potentially unstable power and lots of heat be causing blue screens?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled his drivers, and he says so far it's so good, but it seems like BSODs are a daily occurance for him.

If somebody could take a look at the logs below from Blue Screen View and inform me as to what the problem is, that'd be great thanks (as I've said, I think it's GPU problems).

I have recommended he replaces his power supply and cleans his system out by the way.

Yes, its bluescreening on the drivers. This still could be a card issue though. But if its at 80 degrees with no load then its most likely a bad card. Does this card have a cooling fan on it? Get the exact model number of the psu.
 
Yes the card does have a fan on it. I'm a bit worried though that it may be clogged up with dust and stuff and maybe not evening spinning hence for the high temps. His mum smokes, and I've asked him to tell her (in the kindest possible way) not to smoke near the computer. Apparently it's full of dog hairs too.

I have recommended he buys some canned air and sprays it all out ASAP and then tries to keep the dog away.

I believe I have some photos of his system, I'll see if I can find them and post up the model no. of his power supply.
 
Can't make out the model no. of the PSU from the pictures, but it definitely looks like a 'doorstop' unit and probably just needs upgrading ASAP. It's definitely not a quality unit. Doesn't look like it even has a PCI Express 6-pin connector for the card (looks like a molex adapter may have been used).
 
Yeah, dirt, dog hair, smoking is not good for a pc. Clean out the pc and video card and change the psu to corsair cx430 at least.

Will do. I think the last time we were looking we found an OCZ unit in the 500W range which he was interested in buying.
