My mums friend has just come over with a Samsung SR700. It has an overheating problem, at the current time in idle, the first core is running at about 77 and the second at 85, this is with a laptop heatsink usb running beneath it. The Tj Max is 85 degrees though, which seems quite low. It also will not install drivers for USB mice correctly. It will only detect them as HIDs, they are not recognised as mice. It is windows vista and it is a x86 machine, I am going to reinstall windows vista first on it using recovery and then go from there, I do need some advice because I am NOT pulling it to bits to do the themal paste, I am not confident in doing it so that is out of the question.
