I am thinking about memory upgrade. My bios have 5% to 30% overcolocked, I did overclocked 5% then it crash in gaming. I am using 4X512MB (3-3-3-8) DDR PC3200/DDR-400 running in 200Mhz, which I cant overclocked. Will DDR PC4000/DDR-500 improve CPU speed and FPS much better? If yes then, which one you would buy it. If no, then let me know to not bother upgrade memory.

I would say no, because I don't think it would improve that much if at, all plus you could save the money for a new setup with ddr2.
