well, if you can get a hold of an account with free web hosting like freewebs.com, fortunecity, geocities, etc... those free ones
you can just upload the html file that you saved onto their server, along with the corresponding images and what not, and it should work fine. i think it'll be easier if you have all the corresponding files/pictures/etc.. in one same folder, so that you are not pointing to different folders for certain images, have them all in one folder where you save the .html files.
its been a while since i used frontpage, so do correct me if they updated or if it is not valid anymore. but when you are done with your page, choose the optoin to view the page as if it was online(not sure quite how to do it anymore)
then that should be how it appears on the web server you signed up for.
mmm.. i knoe it probably sounds confusing, so if its not clear, let us know, someone or i can clear it up.
