I bought a new 24 inch 1080p TV to use as a second monitor. Hooked it up with a VGA, set it to 1920 x 1080p... looks great.
Restarted the computer recently, and now there is a big black bar on the left side of the extra monitor that I can't move my mouse cursor past. If I slide a monitor towards this bar, it seems goes underneath it, as if it is out of my view.
I'm fairly sure it isn't the screen, because when I set my resolution to something lower (1600x900 or lower, same res as my laptop screen), it is fine and I can move my cursor all the way to the edge, no problem.
So it appears to be some quirky setting. Hoping there's a fix... any suggestions/ideas?
