FS2004 stops responding

A mate of mine has recently swapped everything between 2 cases and now fs2004 stops responding constantly. What could it be.

Yeah and he formatted windows

Drivers

Try to install updated drivers for video card?
If that doesn't work make sure everything is "snug" in thier slots.
