I didn't know if i should put this with CPU help or Motherboard help.

My processor:
Pentium III
Slot 1 <<the slot/socket type
450MHz
100Mhz FSB

My RAM:
192MB PC133


will this processor work on my motherboard and how do i find out?

As the name suggests, that would be the slot type

will this processor work on my motherboard and how do i find out?

Depends on whether the motherboard supports it or not (to find that otu we need to know the make/model of the motherboard). My guess is "no"
