i want to upload file to my site using ftp but i dont know which FTP Client is better...

I already download that installer.. but nothing happen when i click to the installer icon..??

with XP i simply open a connection with IEXPLORER
ftp://mysite.com

now i use fireFTP (Firefox plugin , really easy and nice)
