sorry, but you do no meet the requirements for free use of WS_FTP LE..

all i told it is that i am a student, and im going to use FTP for home, work and school.

Choice the settings that are the "Most educational" LOL Like "Student" "School" I forgot what I put. Hoped that helped.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocal, it's basically a connection between two machines that allows you to transfer files.
www.smartftp.com is a good client that you can use to connect the two machines. Once connected you can choose what files you want send/delete/edit
And that's about as crash course as it gets, lol
