FTP Program

Gamemaster is right. a lot of free but it was never easy for me. I think i tried them all and after posting many times with many questions i finally got it going. Now i feel confident i could do any. i settled with winftp. it works for me. doing the firewall and setting up and past the router. its another adventure. its worth figuring out one time.

sorry, winftp is NOT free. (then again they may have a ftp ver) without the encryption.

I got filezilla and this might be a stupid question....

My buddy hasn't given me the ftp info yet, but I see at the top it asks for a port #. Is this something that I'll get from him, or do I have to figure that out myself? If so, what port number should I use.
