Fujitsu Lifebook n3520 wont startup

Guys, I just started having a problem with this laptop. Everytime I try and start it up, it just keeps rebooting into the option screen where it asks if I'd like to start in "safe mode" etc.

I can't even start it up in safe mode.

Can you guys help with diagnosing the problem. Thanks in advance.

Windows XP? Well with really any Windows, I'd still suggest running the Windows Repair option.

See if that works. If you continue having problems, try running CHKDSK

(use option 2-CD-ROM boot to get to CMD then run CHKDSK on your primary hard drive)

Thank you for that info. Unfortunately I cant even get the command prompt going. It just keeps starting over and over.
