Full adder binnary addition

Hi ppl!

I am in need of some help. I have made an addition of 1+1 which should result in binary number 10. My question is how do you implement it on a full adder?.

Been a long time for me.
010 is two
011 is three

I know the 0 counted as a weight.
Like 255. Zero could be a weight for 256 count.
I think its right. I don't do assembly any more.
to many years.

say '010'

Only thing i remember about the 0 ref was a jump
past it or utilize it as 256. Mostly with index registering
and jumping with a relative displacement with machine language.
i don't think im brain dead yet. just don't want to stir ya wrong
and someone could say it better.
love it though. my adventure. been like 40 yrs.....almost.
