Funny fan sound

When I hibernate my computer, it makes a funny fan noise which makes me worried that there is something wrong with my computer, can anyone suggest why this might happen? It sounds like a fan sound but I am not quite sure myself.....
 
Well when you put your PC into hibernation, it turns off the fans so it's not the fans that are causing the problem. What does it sound like? An example?
