I'v installed "need for speed" and the the graphics speed up and slow down, i dont have a graphics card yet but this is what im pushing.
Dell
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+
-Genuine Windows Vista, home premium
-2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz-2DIMMS
-250GB Serial ATA Hard Drive
-nVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE Intergrated Graphics GPU <------Does that mean on the mother bourd, because my graphics are on bourd.
-intergrated 7.1channel Adio

Your processor is good, so is your ram. The problem would be the onboard graphics and yes, it is on the motherboard. If you were to upgrade to a dedicated gpu such as an Nvidia 7600 gt or better you wouldn't have problems with the game slowing down.

Concurred. You'll need an "actual" graphics card to match the performance of the rest of your system, as well as game at a respectable level.

HAha, yes of course. A game to boot is always great, but could/would it be wise to also increas the ram, becuse in adittion for the graphics lagging and being jerking, my computer Frooze about 5 times the other day, And i had not been playing a game at the time.

Yes, that would be another problem indeed. But not one to be solved by your adding more RAM; 2Gb's is perfect, even when gaming it should be more than enough.

Download Ccleaner and run that, as well as it's registry cleaner. Install a good Anti-virus like Avira Antivir, or Avast. Make sure you have Spyware and Adware protection, Spyware terminator and ad-aware are great apps for this.

These are all great, free products. Last but not least do a defragmentation
