i will try to get the most parts from MultiTronic (in Finland) because it's near me, and its cheaper when they don't have to post it to me....
and my budget was 300€.... but that got already over it, so ill try to get cheap and good parts from now on.... if possible, it would be good if we could hold it under 400€...

You definately need to change the HDD and GPU. Hitachi hdd's are known to die and if you plan on doing any type of gaming then you'll need something better then the x1550.

What do you plan on using your system for?

well, the only game i play is TrackMania United, so the x1550 is enough...

well, i do have a Western Digital WD Cavalier WD400... any better?
i do have a 1TB external, and a 2TB external.. so no problem with those....

If you are building a new system, you don't want to use an older HDD. Buy new. You don't want to be trusting older drives as they can go out at anytime.

WD CAVIAR BLUE 250GB 3.5" SATA3 7.2K 16M
is that then a good HDD? i just want a cheap one....

ok, now its the last question... will this run? does the PSU give enough power for everything to run.. (mobo, 4 fans, and everything else) so i could write it down so i wont forget this... and does everything as it should, everything fits.... right ports and stuff... you know...?

not sure what the problem with hitachi hdds are...i have a 250Gb deskstar in a case in the corner that has been running for 3+ years mostly non stop...no errors....2TB hdd in this bugger is a few months old...a little noisy starting up but otherwise fine.

People didnt call them Deathstar because of the top notch quality. lol. They might be better the last few years. Think Western Digital is buying them out anyway. Like Seagate buying out Samsung.

Now it seems like i have to buy a whole new set...
since my ATi Radeon X1550 is starting to break down.. and none of the newer GPUs can run with my processor, so it seems like i have to buy a new set, when i started checking through the page... i saw that all those that where listed, seems to be taken off from market, so i need to update the list:

MoBo : ASRock AM3 AMD880G (Specs)
Case : Cooler Master HAF 912 PLUS (Specs)
CPU :AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (CPU-Z)
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Graphics Card : Club 3D GTX 550TI PCIE 1536MB DDR3 HDMI (Specs)
PSU : CORSAIR PSU 600W 12CM V2.23 80+
RAM : Valueram/4GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC DIMM
HDD : WD CAVIAR BLUE 250GB 3.5" SATA3 7.2K 16M
CD/DVD Drive : From DELL
Cooling : CM SickleFlow 120X120X25 Red LED Fan (there are couple of fans ready in the case)
Monitor : DELL [Something]

i just have one question... would this work? would all the parts be working etc. (600W PSU for GPU), the reason all is from MultiTronic is that i will get those with VAT 0% :D
