I'm planning on building a new family PC sometime in February-March and wanted to check and make sure that everything listed is compatible and such. I already have a monitor, hard drive, cd drives, and keyboard/mouse.

That RAM can't run in dual-channel mode? So if I wanted to add a stick of RAM later it wouldn't work? I picked the PSU out of the recommended ones in the PSU section, plus it had great reviews, but what would you recommend for the same price? Thanks for the quick reply.

No offense, but I don't plan on changing anything unless it isn't compatible, or you can find me a way better part of the same price or less. For example, I was planning on getting a ATI X1600XT until I saw that the 7600GT was way better for the exact same price. And I still don't understand, can I run dual-channel with that RAM or what?

The XClio is built by Channelwell (the same company that make Antec's SPs and TPs, as well as Thermaltake's Toughpowers), and IMO is the best unit you'll find for the price. It's more than adequate for your system, and I'd strongly recommend it.

yeah, ok, i see, uh huh, i am just trying to make your build a good amount better for the same price but whatever

and if you get two sticks of the same RAM is will run dual channel

no i think the other guys right, each stick is made differently even with the same stats, but dual channel is special

even though that sounds lame, i think thats how it works

am i wrong?
