G.Skill any good?

Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with G.Skill? Im thinking of getting this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231036

Do you think that woul be better than 1GB of corsair valueselect? A guy on there said he got it up to DDR520.

G.Skill is known for overclocking, if you get the right sticks. That particular kit isn't the best (timings are horrible) but it should still give ou a reasonable overclock. How much can you spend?

i dont want to spend anything over $100 really. Cheaper is better

Have a look at those 2 as well. G.Skill is fine, just CAS3 really hurts performance for gaming rigs. These both should overclock well too, but of course no 100% guarantee on any of them.

A nice G.Skill set of RAM, right at your budget though.

If you wanted to go cheaper, the Corsair Value you spoke of looks good.

Thanks for the help guys, althought i decided to get the 1GB G.Skill, in the future i may upgrade to something better, but i wanted to get it soon, lol
