Is there a difference in these memories?

The only thing I can think, other than the color difference, is maybe the Ripjaw design has better cooling?

Not really no,Both have the same Timings and speed.

I have Ripjaws except mine have different timings and are blue,None the less though its been very good ram and i would highly recommend it.

I didn't think so. I'll probably just wait until I choose what motherboard I want and see which color will look best.

Of the two posted, they have the same specs, so are they actually different, or do they jsut have different heat spreads - that is the question expanded.

The answer, so far as I am aware, is no, they are exactly the same
