g5 vs the rest

umm dont mac's have dual CPUs running at 2+ ghz each. Macs have had dual CPUs for some time before PC's became dual core... Alot of people in video / animtion production / 3d modelling use only mac's. Mabey u shouldnt spew ignorance. heres one mac for example:

Ok then, how much for that PC???? Except for the processor, mine beats out every aspect of that and I got mine for $936..........

I personally don't like mac's. I find them very frustrating and hard to use. But, then again, I like to game a lot, so mac's wouldn't really fit my needs anyway. ;)

i would only buy one if i planned to do ONLY high end production. and then it would need to be the top of the line mac, which prolly would be like 8k.

Wow, well I can see why ppl who do all that video editing and junk get these..... but 8k is a little over my budget...

SMP and DC are two different things

And wont be able to do professional level content creation anywhere as well since the software has to be ported to PC
