GAH! Need Mandriva help!

This is my first time ever running linux, and I'm stuck. I accidently removed my taskbar (or w/e you call the bar at the bottom of the screen) and I can't figure out how to get it back. Does anyone know how to fix this?

And I don't want to hear how I should try another distribution.
 
Yeah, **** it. I'm getting ubuntu. Saving the Mandriva live CD I downloaded for when I get better at using Linux. I'll work my way up the chain of distributions I guess.
