game organising on pc

Just wondering if their is any program out they that I could link to all my games I have on my pc. I know I can have shoutcuts but don't like having my screen cluttered. Also I would like to have something where everything is located. All my game folders are in different places and it is annoying to go to each one. Is there a program that I can place each game location in and then just open that program and only have one click to get ot everything.
Hope it all makes sense

games and related is where I put everything relating to games or is one :D
and Multimedia is movies music pictures and all that good stuff
 
thanks, I can do that, But i still need to go into the game folders for mods and the game folders are all over the place so is their a program i can put all those into or something.
