I've got an old classical game: Hogs of War but when I try to install it is says "This game will not work on Windows NT" what can I do to install it on Windows XP?

you could explore the disk and look for the setup.exe file and run click and change the compatability options to see if that helps.
this is a problem with a lot of older games. i cant get toca race driver, red alert 2 as well as mechwarrior 3 to work. the first 2 games aren't that old and have only stopped working since i install SP2. the developers might have a work around for your problem so you should probably try checking there first.

its because win98 was 16bit's and because winXP is 32bit's
tough.. to install it, do as hairy lee said, and when you have installed the game, look on the internet for the latest update you can find.
if the updates arnt new enough,.. you could be able to find a fixed .exe file for the game made by some die-hard fanboy's of that game

Windows 98, 98se, ME, 2000 and XP are all 32bit. 98-ME are on Fat32 and 2000-XP are NTFS file structure.
