Game quality dropped and lag is unbearable

I own a pretty high end computer. With an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series graphics card. Definitely capable of running any game. I recently moved, and at my old place, I had 18mb/s internet speed, and everything ran fine for me. After I moved, I bumped my internet to 75mb/s, same computer, but every program/game lags really bad, and the quality of drops by a large amount.

Need exact model of card. Could be anywhere from the 270 to 295x2. Do you have the updated drivers for it? Also what processor do you have and what games do you play?

I believe it is the 290. Everything on my computer is updated, including the graphics card. My processor is the intel core i7-4770k. I cant run any blizzard games, or steam games. I can run LoL but on the lowest quality.

I would uninstall the video driver, reboot and install the latest driver again. Can you also tell me what make and model of power supply you have? This could be one of a few different things.
