Game Shuts Off During Gameplay

I got my boyfriend Need For Speed Carbon for his birthday. We just recently formatted our computer too, but, about 10 minutes into playing his game it just shuts off. I've looked around and heard it could be the temperatures in the computer? I downloaded SpeedFan and it shows me an assortment of temps.

What are normal temps? And what is overheating temps? And how do I fix this problem? I'll show normal temps and gameplay temps after this post.

Thanks.

I also have this same problem but its not cause of overheating because nothing on my computer is overheating, but your hard drive is quite warm.

As StrangleHold said, It's probably your power supply, it's only putting out 7.24V instead of 12v as it should.

Also, do you have the latest drivers for your video card, if you tell us what video card you have we can help you find the right drivers.

Your temps don't seem that bad really, I'm not sure what Temp2 and Temp3 are though, both in the -'s figures

The only thing I can see wrong with the SpeedFan results are the power supply and the temperature of your hard drive.

Yeah, it is definitely a heat problem........make sure your case has good airflow. That voltage shouldn't read like that either, hmmm?????

Solutions:

Bigger Power Supply
More Case Fans or adjusting for airflow

It seems that the game would shut off earlier than 10min. if it were a voltage problem. Unless, oh, what kind of graphics card is he running?

51 degrees Celcius isn't that hot. Doesn't look like temperature.

Also, 7V on the 12V rail? Yikes!!! Try to access the bios and check the voltages there. If they're still the same, it's definitely the PSU and you should buy a new one that isn't crap.
