Game without sound

alright as most of you know i used to play WoW and i think what i liked most about it apart from palying with friends and making friends/hanging out with them irl (not the sweaty, greasy no-lifers, people with friends, families, kids, hobbies outside etc) waht i enjoyed doing was putting it in wondowed mode and playing while on MSN with music in the background.

So, because i have beat the online addiction of WoW I want to find another game that is free (ie, no subscriptions) to play but one where sound isn't detrimental and important where i can stick it in windowed mode with music on and talking to people.

Do any of you know of a game?
 
Any particular genre? Theres quite a few lists around here of "the best games"

In my experience, sound isn't really all that crucial to games unless youre playing an FPS competitively.
 
I play dragonica online with a 360 remote with a friend of mine. Pretty fun... Still debating if i should buy Aion or not...

any really, i'd prefer an rpg, but any genre will suit me just fine
