Gamer needing much help!

Hello. I am a gamer and having great trouble deciding what to upgrade my video card too. Right now I have 1 GeForce 7600 GS. I am having trouble keeping the fps I would like in First person shooters and in World of Warcraft. I run about 30fps in Call of duty 4 and my Counter strike source fps is laughable. I run about 40-45fps in warcraft in high detailed areas. I am wanting to upgrade to dual video cards to create my pc graphic oriented. I am throwing in 2 more gb of ram as well. I have a 64+ AMD Athlon 4200+ processor. So could someone please shed some insight for me please. Thank you! :)
 
what are your system specs, just want to make sure the video card is the problem.

the HD 4850 is an excellent choice for the $150 range. best buy had it on sale recently.. the sale might still be going on. :)

its easily overclockable to 700mhz/2200mhz. with a voltage mod you can get it to 800mhz/2350, and all it requires is a #2 pencil :D

i've done the vmem mod successfully, and i have yet to do the vgpu mod because i'm waiting for my new cooler (Accelero s1 rev2 + turbo fan module)
