so let me know what yall think about the build and thx in advance for any advise givin to me

Get rid of the power supply. It is terrible quality and will most likely fail.

The 7770 is not the best graphics card out there. A 6870 will outperform for the same price.

If you're insistent on getting the 8-core Zambezi, get the 8120. Uses much less power and you'll be able to overclock it.

$1500 is a lot and you should be able to get better parts. Can you post how much each costs?

You need a copy of windows 7 oem 64-bit

Power supply needs to be from corsair, antec, xfx, nzxt, silverstone, or pc power & cooling.

change to a z68 motherboard on lga 1155 socket and get a i5-2500k

change the ssd to an ocz or a corsair series 3/GT or crucial m4

Either get 2 6870's or it would be better to get a single GTX 570, performance lower on the 570 but it will use less power, no driver issues, and no micro-stuttering. Or for some more you can get a 7950 or 7970, which are worth it, the 7770 and 7750 aren't as powerful as their 6XXX series price equivalents (7770 looses to cheaper 6850).

yea im a noob at this and dont really know much but yes ill post the price of all the items

1. $19.99

2. $99.99

3. $89.99

4. $229.99

5. $179.99 (each)

6. $59.99

7. $89.99

8. $269.99

9. $64.99

10. $84.99

would like to stay with AMD but would like the power of a i7 2600k w/ duel GTX 560 TI if that helps any
just cuz i know amd is cheaper and intel cost a lot more. Also my goal is to play BF3 and FFXIV on max settings.

Just no,

2500k is cheaper and much much faster than the FX-8's, bulldozer is less powerful than the phenom II's while using more energy when overclocked, only benefit is that it overclocks better. It's not even 8 cores, it's basically 4 cores, then a piece of a second core added to each and labeled a module. Even with 2 patches/updates it still falls flat in comparison for the money, i'm not saying it's a bad processor, but it's a few years late, compared to other options, it's not worth it.

oh ok so a local guy that builds computers was goin to charge me $1500 for this set up so i went on newegg to see what i could just build it my self then thinking to myself i dont know much about this is i should ask some people that would really kno, so if you was me and had $1500 to buid a gaming computer and wanted to play BF3 and FFXIV on max settings what would you go with ? if thats not to much to ask. thx again everyone

ok so quick questions the power sup will it be able to handle another GPU if later down the road i wanted to put it in ? and also with the intel cpu would it be better to go with nvidia ?

I would get at least a 650w, or even 750w if you're looking at another video card.

And the 7970 is the fastest graphics card out there, so I'd stick with that.

Why do you keep comparing the 7700 series with the 6800 series. The 7750 and 7770 is the replacement for the 6750 and the 6770 and out perform both, true the 7770 is overpriced. The 7800 series will replace the 6800 series.

Dont talk about things you have no idea about. The 8120 is 30 bucks cheaper then the 2500k. Many benchmarks the FX kills the Phenom II, who cares about about the stock speed, the whole reason they are unlocked. Plus it overclocks way better. As far as wattage the 8120 and 8150 power draw is not much off a Phenom II X6 1090 or 1100, the FX-6100 is lower the the 1090 or 1100. The FX-4100 is about the same as the Phenom X4 or lower. (Have you used any of the processors your talking about?)
