Gaming GPU that fits in a MicroATX mini case

I have a GeForce 8500 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 in one of my desktops.

The 8500 GT can't even handle assassins creed on low settings.

I am looking for a gaming card that is low profile so it can fit in this Case ASUS TM-210

My power supply is kinda weak so it is the best if the card does not require its own power cable.

No idea. Even on low assassins creed runs sluggish. Same thing with the mouse pointer.

what processor and how many GB of ram do u have?

Mine is AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 Brisbane 2.7GHz Socket AM2 with 2GB of DDR2 800 RAM.

Could it be my processor or my ram that is holing the system back?
