Hello I want to get the best bang for my buck, i have a decent gaming desktop and now i need a gaming laptop. I want a new ready to go gaming laptop. I have 1000 USD give or take budget for this and I have found http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MMMMMX2

Specs for link; Intel Core i7-4710HQ 2.5GHz (Turbo to 3.5 GHz).
1TB 7200RPM Hard Drive. 16GB RAM.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 2GB GDDR5 with Optimus Technology.
3x USB 3.0, 1x HDMI, 1x MiniDisplay. SDXC Card Reader. 802.11 A/B/G/N. Gigabit Ethernet Port. 720P HD Webcam.
15.6" Full HD Display. Aluminum Body ROG Signature Chassis.

I have looked at alienware and it seems over priced in comparison.. so I'm leaning asus.

Is this is best laptop for the price? The only thing I'm a little iffy about is the processor speed ( 2.5 GHz ) and the 2GB dedicated V ram.. in a perfect world i would like my processor to be 3.5 reg and 4.5 turbo.. and 3 gb v ram. but i only have around 1080 to spend so I'm double checking with you guys because I am not an expert.

My goal is to be able to play any game I want on high res without having to even look at the specs, just buy and play.

Thank you

To be honest i don't trust amazons stats, here is a list of the SSD version from new egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232121

its confusing because new egg doesn't list " turbo speed 3.5 " it just says 2.5, in addition it doesn't say GDDR5 RAM it just says DDR3L 1600 memory speed.. so it seems to contradict each other

Edit: 2/ Ok just ignore the question above i figured out it was a slightly different model, this one here ASUS ROG GL551JM-EH71 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop w/ Nvidia GTX 860M Graphics, 256GB SSD seems the best out of the bunch, but i hear it has problems just like everything does i guess. don't know if its worth the 1200 price tag

I do recommend Asus, over my past Gaming years people say that AlienWare is a Ripoff, and PC are kind of not for Gaming.

As for the two different Budget ones they both from what I know can run ANY game you wish.
