Gaming Laptop Recommendations

Hello all,

I'm looking into getting a gaming laptop. Before I get into anything, my budget is under $1500.
At first I looked into Alienware. After a bit of research I found they're overpriced a bit.
Next, I took a look at ASUS, this is what I found:

I also saw MSI for a bit cheaper (and it has a 5870):

Although, I'm not sure if I trust MSI.

Have a look at Asus G73JH, core i7 720QM , 1920 x 1080 screen, 5870, 8GB RAM 1TB HDD

When compare to MSI GX740, there is a bestbuy version of Asus G73JH at $1300 with 6GB RAM,500GB HDD, screen with 1600 x 900

5870 is faster than GTS 360m, but it has higher energy consumption. However, you would probably plug to the mains when you are gaming and thus I don't think it is a issue.
